About our work

We do this work because privately held businesses are the backbone of growth

Our Values

Principles That Guide Us

  1. Half-truth is cowardly

We are honest, not what makes you or us feel good

  2. It is wiser to find out than to suppose

We present facts, not just go by feelings

  3. Humor is mankind’s greatest blessing

If we can’t have fun while doing our work, well… let’s not do it then

  4. Continuous improvement over delayed perfection

We’ll challenge you to take small wins instead of waiting on the “big” moments

  5. Don’t depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus

We often get stuck with our heads down, we help you think about the future

You may notice these values draw from the words of Mark Twain. That’s no accident. Twain believed in plainspoken truth and unapologetic clarity—qualities every leader needs when building a strong team and shaping a lasting culture.

Because running a business well often requires saying what others won’t.

Who We Work With

We partner with the businesses that built America - family-owned companies, local manufacturers, and Main Street enterprises that employ their communities and drive real economic growth.

Meet Our Team

Harrison Tash Suit Final Square

Harrison Tash

Founder

Harrison’s path to becoming a business growth expert didn’t begin in a corner office or with a silver spoon—it began in the trenches of a small business under painfully poor leadership. He saw how unclear direction, inconsistent decisions, and reactive chaos could stall growth and crush morale like a boot on a flower. Later, he joined a large construction company and traded chaos for clarity, putting real strategy into action. Over the next decade, he helped double revenue—not just through growth for growth’s sake, but by building systems and developing leaders to make it last.

Today, as founder of Living Water, Harrison helps clients not only grow revenue but also gain something more valuable: the freedom to work on the business, not be the business. With a master’s in organizational development and what he calls a “street PhD” in growth, he created the 8 to Great framework—a practical path to scaling through people and processes. His book, Exit Without Leaving, distills these principles into a clear guide for building a business that thrives with you, and one day, without you. Because the ultimate win isn’t just more revenue—it’s freedom.
